Community

Our aim is to create buildings and spaces that interact with society and contribute to the wider community. As such we have a hugely experienced and talented team that understands the challenges that can be faced by community groups when developing or improving a facility.

During the early stages of these projects we understand that resources are scarce, so we tailor our services proposal to accommodate this. We have assisted community groups with funding applications to funding bodies such as the Big Lottery and Sports England and we have undertaken public consultations to ensure the wider needs of the community are addressed within projects.

Our team is experienced in undertaking the lead consultant, architectural design, principal designer and contracts administrator roles on community projects. We have close relationships with other consultants and we are experienced in negotiating with contractors to ensure the project is delivered on-time within budget and at the desired quality.
